All orders are dispatched from our premises in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. We do not ship internationally.

Delivery options and cost
Home Delivery — SAR 21
Redbox Locker Delivery — SAR 13, to a Redbox locker near you
Delivery is free on both options for orders of SAR 100 or more. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time
Depending on your location in Saudi Arabia, your order will be delivered within 1–5 business days. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a further email with tracking details once it has been dispatched. If you have not received a dispatch email within two business days, please contact us.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; a further delivery charge may apply.
