What is fragrance oil made from?
At Scent DNA, fragrance oils are created using a blend of aromatic ingredients. Some are derived naturally from flowers and plants, while others are crafted synthetically from man-made compounds.
Are your fragrance oils vegan and cruelty-free?
Our fragrances are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not conduct animal testing and fully support alternatives that eliminate the need for it.
How long can I store your fragrance oils?
Fragrance oils typically have a shelf life of about one year, depending on factors like time, temperature, and exposure to air or light. For best results, we recommend buying only the amount you’ll use within 6–12 months.
The longevity of a fragrance can also be affected by its raw materials. Oils with a higher percentage of natural ingredients may expire more quickly. To preserve quality, store your fragrance oils in a cool, dark place away from heat and light.
Can I mix fragrance oils?
Yes, blending two or three fragrance oils can be an easy and cost-effective way to create unique and appealing scents.
How long will delivery in Saudi Arabia take?
We ship from our head office in Jeddah. Depending on your location in Saudi Arabia, your shipment will be delivered within 1-5 business days.

Are your fragrance oils safe?
When used according to instructions, fragrance oils are absolutely safe to work with. Please note that our oils are NOT intended for direct use on skin, and should NEVER be ingested.
We follow industry-leading standards when creating our fragrance oils, and ensure that they are free of parabens, phthalates & CMR substances. We are proud to say that our oils are the best for use in diffusers and for creating scented candles, soaps & other products.
What is preordering?
Preordering allows you to purchase items that are not currently in stock at our Saudi Arabia branch. When you place a preorder, we'll reserve your selected products and ship them from our UAE facility. This ensures you can access our full range of perfume oils. We will deliver your items as soon as they arrive in Saudi Arabia, which should be within 4-5 weeks.
How long does preordering take?
Preorders typically take 4-5 weeks from the time you place your order until delivery. This timeframe includes processing your order, coordinating shipments from our UAE facility, customs clearance, and final delivery to your address in Saudi Arabia. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you once your order is ready for delivery.
